The headline theme is **accessibility**, with Dan Harrin landing a large batch of keyboard navigation and screen-reader improvements. Alongside those, the release ships meaningful bug fixes and a handful of quality-of-life features. ### Accessibility Improvements This release makes Filament significantly more usable for keyboard and screen-reader users: - **Date picker** – repaired keyboard focus and ARIA semantics. - **Select field** – keyboard focus and accessibility fully restored. - **Schema tabs** – improved keyboard navigation following ARIA tab-panel patterns. - **RichEditor toolbar** – toolbar buttons are now keyboard-accessible. - **Repeater & Builder reordering** – accessible reorder controls added. - **Table row reordering** – screen-reader announcements added via `feat: add screen-reader table row reordering`. - **Column manager reordering** – screen-reader support added. - **KeyValue row reordering** – screen-reader support added. - **Global search** – keyboard navigation and ARIA roles improved. - **Copy action** – accessible feedback restored for standalone copy buttons. - **Editable column save feedback** – accessible announcements restored. - **Helper text and errors** – other field types now correctly associate helper text and error messages via `aria-describedby`. ### Bug Fixes #### Notifications - Fixed notification slide-in direction in RTL layouts. - Tolerate non-array items when restoring the notifications wireable from Livewire (prevents crashes on malformed state). - Cleaned up broadcast notification listeners to prevent memory leaks. - Prevented transient notifications from replaying after concurrent requests. #### Tables - Multi-column sorting now respects the order columns are passed. - User-selected sorting on toggled-hidden columns is now ignored correctly. - Relationship aggregates are loaded for toggled-hidden default sort columns. - "Select all" now correctly respects search and filters in tables that use `allowDuplicates()`. #### Forms - Disabled and read-only form fields are now rendered consistently. - Diacritics are ignored when searching (e.g. `é` matches `e`). - Text entry sizes are respected when `prose()` or Markdown rendering is enabled. - Rich editor custom blocks now resolve with rendering data. - Long rich editor placeholders are contained correctly. - Markdown editor preview shortcuts are disabled to avoid conflicts. - State casts are applied in a consistent order when setting state. - Native validation errors are prioritised when visible. #### File Uploads - Public visibility is correctly applied to moved file uploads. - Subdirectory paths are preserved in download notifications. - Friendly field names are used in temporary upload error messages. #### UI & Layout - Details block toggle spacing and arrow direction fixed in RTL. - Long `brandLabel` values are centred when multiline. - Tenant avatar shape now matches between the switcher trigger and dropdown items. - Unnecessary margin between list items removed. - `SelectFilter` indicator now shows the option label instead of the raw title column value. ### New Features - **Single-selection toggle buttons** can now be cleared by clicking the active option again. - **Htmlable navigation labels and tenant names** are supported, enabling richer markup in the sidebar. - **Scoped default-action deep links** are now supported. - **Mixed resource content and relation manager tabs** can be combined on a single page. - **Builder blocks and query builder attributes** can now be grouped. - **Croatian (hr) locale** added to the date-time picker. ### JavaScript / Frontend Cleanup (3.x Backports) Several Alpine.js lifecycle fixes were backported from the 3.x branch: - Color picker lifecycle cleanup. - Select refresh listener memory leak fixed. - Deferred modal opens skipped after component teardown. - Stats overview chart, notification, and chart widget resources cleaned up on destruction. ### Key Takeaways -
